Doug & Scout

*Update: Scout the pug saw this page & she's starting to get jealous, expect an update with lots of new pug pictures soon!

I have a pug. His name is Doug. And Doug the Pug likes to pose for pictures, which makes my obsession of taking his picture much easier. Here are some of his recent portraits:
Doug melts my heart on a daily basis (he takes his job as a lap dog very seriously)
See more of his cuteness {here}.
Do you have any fur babies in your life?
Share your stories with me :)

  1. Doug is adorable! I have a sweet fur baby who takes her job as a giant lap dog very seriously as well! Her name is Weezy and she is 70 lbs of cuddle! Love your blog, adorable outfits AND dog :)

  2. I wish we could meet! I have a little pug named Ellie Sue. She also melts my heart on a daily basis and takes wonderful photographs.

I have to admit, Doug is one of the better looking pugs I have seen. Very handsome, indeed.

Thanks for sharing... And great mustard pants by the way. You are so brave for wearing them. I don't think I could ever pull something like that off. Props.

You can check Ellie out at staycolorful.wordpress.com

Her photos are scattered throughout, and there is a tab at the top... Eleanor Sue.

    Have a great day.

  4. oh Doug, you are awesome. I post about my dog every {other} day, so I'm so happy to find other pups on blogs. Tell Doug he totally won me over ... can't wait to catch up.

  5. The first thing I thought of when I reviewed your blog on prints with prints was a memory from your childhood. Your sister did not want to go to the store with you because you were wearing red cowboy boots, pasley shirt, striped skirt and every small plastic barrette we had in the house. I told you sister we were going to the store with you like that and she could just pretend you were the neighbor girl along for the trip...... You were ahead of your time in fashion.mom

  6. Yay for Doug the Pug! :) He is so cute :) And I will have a furry friend in my life in just a little over a week! Random question... but not that random because of the photo... did you go to Arkansas?! I applied to go to school there because my grandma and aunt, uncle and cousins live in Springdale, but I decided I wanted to stay closer to my mom and dad and ended up staying in Iowa for school ;) But looked like a great place to be!

    xoxo,
    Rachel

  14. He is soooo adorable! Thx for sharing Doug the Pug!!! I do have a fur baby, and she's sleeping right alongside me as I type this out - CoCo, and she's 16 years old, and she's a Beagle///Rottie! It's been a couple of years since her sister-of-the-heart, Myndie Ruth, left us ... life has certainly been more scary for her ever since! having had her sister to run interference since 1999! HOWEVER, Mom is still here, and the good thing about living in Virginia again is that there seem to be very few thunderstorms, so - whew! that helps her calm down ALOT :)
