I love that even though Nashville is a pretty big city, it feels like a small town. This is in part due to the set up of its pocket sized neighborhoods, but also because people are just so darn nice! Supporting local businesses is always my first choice (thankfully we have many available options!), & I am excited to share a local barre studio with you today!
Neighborhood Barre, located in Brentwood, is truly a Nashville workout studio - small classes, friendly instructors, & those ladies sure do know how to make you work it! (See all of their studio locations here)
I had the opportunity to try out some complimentary classes at the Brentwood location & was blown away by how targeted the workouts are. If you haven't ever tried a barre class before, this is THE answer to all over toning + tightening goals! I hate feeling like just another person at the gym - mostly because I usually have NO idea what I am doing, & really appreciated how helpful all of the instructors I got to work with were. Even if you are a first timer, the Neighborhood Barre ladies make you feel comfortable & like you're actually doing something effective with every workout!
Another great feature of Neighborhood Barre, I can afford the classes! They run incredible promotions all the time, including a teacher's class package (only $149 a month for unlimited classes!) - if you are considering becoming a member, getting on their mailing list is a must!
