spring-ify

Still unpacking... but I am actually enjoying finding new places for all of my clothes, shoes, and baubles (the bf is under the impression I have too many shoes! What is he thinking?!).
 When I can, I enjoy having all my clothes hanging in my closet/folded in my dresser, instead of putting away "out-of-season" items (out of sight, out of mind).
Besides cold weather coats/gloves/heavy wool sweaters, what defines a "seasonal" item?
I don't like to stereotype my clothes, and attempt, when possible, to wear my favorite items all-year-'round.
{ Blank Denim via ModCloth Mint Jeans (similar) // Urban Outfitters Button Down // Target Booties (LOVE these) }
These Target booties could be considered "Fall/Winter" wear by some, but paired with pale Spring basics, I think they have successfully been "Spring-if-ied"

    This is so cute! I love the new outfit spot. OMG and you are giving me panic attacks... finding places for all my clothes in a new place! UG! and I have to share room with the boyfriend... this may present a problem.

    I keep all of my clothes in  my closet all year round too!  Especially with the weather so crazy this year, you just never know when you'll need something!  Love the booties, they are super cute! :)

    I always try to wear things year round! I have a pair of suede ankle boots that have been making appearances at work with sheer tights - somewhat winter-ish, but better than pairing them with my pale legs!

    You look fresh and happy.I wear my clothes all year round and put away very few when seasons change. This somehow doubles my wardrobe's potential and it's one of the most important things I discovered about my closet while  fashion blogging.

    thank you sooo much!! i absolutely agree about not wanting to put away my winter stuff for summer and vice versa. using clothes for both seasons works sometimes, but fur coats are one that don't work for summer for sure haha

    I completely agree!  These shoes are definitely a pair for year round.  With fashion being..."anything goes"...these days, I think we can all use several items in are closet year round!  Praise the Lord!  Helps me save a dime or two!  ;)

    Thanks! And yes, I am pug obsessed! Doug the pug is my first one, but I have been dreaming of owning one since I was a little girl! I love hearing about other people who are as in love with pugs as me! I may or may not be the crazy lady who stops her car to meet pugs walking down the street! Haha xx

    LOVE this outfit. I too wear all of my pieces year-'round as well, which leads to a very confused husband as I pack it all in my closet... I feel ya on that one! I work on the corporate side of Target and bought those booties IMMEDIATELY in every color when they came out. Super comfy and chic. Love keeping up with you!

    I definitely think you successfully springified those booties! Maybe I will have to try the same with a similar pair I own! ALSO- you have a pug?! My family is obsessed with pugs! We had two growing up, and now my dad, my mom and my sister all have their own!

    I also like to have all my clothes available at all times despite the season. There's so many pieces I consider to be "seasonless" and I wear all year round. The only problem with this is I start running out of room in my closet!
