Picture heavy, word light post today. I wore this outfit to brunch with my lady friends & it was one of those ensembles that I just felt GREAT in, for no reason in particular. Some how the combination of these pieces just clicked.
Speaking of brunch… The Nashville brunch scene is ON POINT these days… add South to your must-try list, the bottomless bloody's are the beginning to your next Sunday Funday.
Also, what are we calling these shoes? Mules? Shooties? Peep toe booties? This is like the shoe version of that that confusing wine/oxblood/cranberry color debacle of a few years ago!
Doing what I do best… 'gramming! Do you follow along with my Instagram? It will be honeymoon style central here in just a few days!
P.S. Please take a second to vote for me in the Levi's short styling competition! It would be a wonderful wedding present from you guys to win… not-so-subtle hint hint!
Love this look! I am so glad denim jackets came back, I wear mine with everything!

prefect outfit for brunch. The tree are beautiful
ReplyDeleteYou're such a stunner–as is that tree! (Weird thing to say, I know...but I'm a sucker for cherry blossoms!). Brunch is my all-time favorite...adding it to the list of reasons I need to visit Nashville!
ReplyDeletelove those mules/pumps/shoes whatever we call them! :D

You look simply gorgeous lady. It must be that pre-wedding glow :-) I'm very excited to follow along with your honeymoon & hopefully you're able to share a couple pics of the big day on IG too. Although, you should just enjoy the day and not worry about documenting it - that's what the photographer is for.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, that skirt looks so cute and comfy. I've never had a lot of luck with pencil skirts, I just never think they look right on me but I may have to try some of these out. It's hard to go wrong with ON jersey.
Love this look! Perfect for brunch or running errands!

This is absolutely adorable! I agree with other readers -- those mules were not made for feet like mine, which is devastating.
ReplyDeleteI love this look, aren't Old Navy pencil skirts the best?
ReplyDeletei don't love those shoes on most gals, but you are rocking the heck out of them. also, i have tried to vote for you both today and yesterday and it won't let me! is there another link i could try?

I am so behind with the Nashville brunch scene...mostly because I am still trying to get acclimated and meet people here!
ReplyDeleteSuch a great outfit, I love the dressed up tee!
ReplyDeleteSorry but I'm not on board with those shoes. I just can't get over peep-toe booties, and this is a version of those. But the rest of the outfit is great. And those trees!!!!! YES!
