I am a lover of many styles of jeans - boyfriend, bootcut, skinny, colored, distressed & bell-bottoms. But the one style that is closest to my heart? The highwaisted cut.

I think this style is crazy comfortable, not to mention very flattering on many body types.

Oh & the fact that this particular style is just tempting me to try one of the ever so popular crop-tops around these days is just icing on the cake!

It has been years since I last purchased a pair of American Eagle denim, but this pair is just as soft & comfy as I remembered.  

Regardless of how high the temperatures rise, jeans are still a staple in my closet. A pair of high waisted jeggings that let me dress them up with a knotted graphic tee, piled on necklaces & metallic shoes will always be a workhorse in my Summer wardrobe. Comfort meets good-looking functionality!
