2013 Year Budget: June

I am happy to announce that we are half-way through the year & I am half-way through my budget. 

How this is actually working out is kind of blowing my mind!

So where did the money go this month?

Zara Skort (#1 $49.90) + Dress (#2 $59.90)

Lilac Bijoux Flower necklace (#3 $32.30)

And then there were the J.Crew sales... holy wow!

striped coral sweater  (#4 retail $89.50 - sale = $17.84) <-- SERIOUSLY!

striped button down (#5 retail $78 - sale = $23.79) <-- FOR REAL

panama hat (#6 retail $58 - student discount = $49.30) - new favorite accessory

J.Crew Pineapple shirt (#7 retail $45 - 30% = $31.50) - my NYC souvenir 

J.Crew scallop dress via eBay (retail $168 // eBay $79.99) - lucky score!

Shoe Dazzle gold wedges (#9 $37.95)

Target sandals (#10 $22.99 ) - wishing I had them in every color!

Total retail damage? $647.24

But this savvy deal spotter spent $405.46 (represents an almost 40% discount!) 

Year total $3,000 - January through June = $1,547.31 remaining

I don't usually shop much during the Summer, so I'm thinking that these new items will hold me over for a few months until those notoriously tempting Fall sales start!
