I love hopping around the city trying out different restaurants, finding trendy style on a budget, and biking or running the trails. When I'm in a great mood, I wear cute outfits and take pictures in them. The other 6 days of the week you can find me cooking up a mess in the kitchen wearing Nike running shorts. You might call this the glamorous life...or you might call it a decorative piece of citrus zest.

College football season is in full swing and I just have to say one thing...Go Dawgs!
Okay, I'll say more. At the University of Georgia (and many other SEC schools), it's traditional for girls to dress up for games.
No jerseys or jeans for us -- unless you're a Florida fan...(yuck). For four years I donned my finest black and red sun dresses with flip flops and sorority Croakies. Now that I'm a grown up (or at least posing as one), Saturdays are still for football but they've definitely changed.
Most of my Saturdays this fall are filled with wedding events. As a good maid of honor and a good Bulldog, I'm co-hosting a Couples/Tailgate wedding shower at my house this weekend. We'll be showering the couple with gifts while cheering on our beloved Dawgs.

This means I'm taking my obligatory red and black gameday ensemble and jazzing it up a bit to be shower appropriate. Who says you can't have the best of both worlds?
