Why is it that when you finally put on your big girl pants and decide to buy something, it disappears?! I have long had a crush on the tan/black two tone Zara heels that have been spotted on many-a-style-blog recently. I even had put them in my "shopping cart" on Zara.com before the holidays, but quickly quit my browser before I lost control and purchased them, as I was trying to be selfless and spend money on others during the season of giving. However, after seeing them on
Miss Melissa this week, I told myself that enough was enough - and those sweet, sweet shoes would finally be mine. And then the universe laughed... and the shoes are no where to be found on the world wide web, not even being sold for ridiculously inflated prices on eBay! So these shoes are now my holy grail of shopping - if I ever see them in a size 7/7.5, I will not let the opportunity to strike slip through my fingers twice!
Oh, and to add further insult to injury,
Glitter Guide published a feature about the Pointy Toe Shoe trend, highlighting the gorgeous Zara shoes! (le sigh!)

I honestly had the exact same problem. I saw them at Zara but they didn't have my size. Then they suddenly appeared everywhere and I felt like I was the only person in the world who couldn't find them in my size. I had given up hope when 2 days after boxing day I found one pair, in my size at a Zara that I haven't been to in ages.
