summer soirée

{What I Wore: NY & Co hat // J.Crew cream tank // skirt c/o Oasap // Ann Taylor wedges }
Get the look
sun hat {$38} + neutral silk tank {$38} + yellow midi skirt {$35} + gold wedges {$70}
The blogosphere is buzzing with excitement about Fall fashions (and while I am admittedly too!) I want to savor these last few weeks of summer... after all, I still have things to do!
These end of summer days find me trying to stretch the life out of my warm weather clothes, and living in easy breezy skirts
I don't have any other skirts this length (midi?), and I love how light and flowy this one from Oasap is. The delicate pleats are made for girlie outings
A sun hat kicks any outfit up a notch!
Any thing left on your summer bucket list to be checked off?

Jessica

P.S. I received this skirt through participation in the Oasap Fashion Hunter's program. I picked out this skirt using credits provided to me, and all opinions are my own. What to join me and the other Fashion Hunter's? What are you waiting for?

  15. First off, these photos are stunning! The lighting is beautiful. Gotta love photoshoots during the golden hour. And second, the skirt is beautiful as well. OASAP has some great pieces. I love the color and the length is very classic. It makes me want summer just a little bit longer!

    Love this skirt and think it could definitely transition. My to-do list still has "watch a movie al fresco" on it, so hopefully I'll get that checked off before too long!xo Elisabethhttp://anadventureinfindingbalance.com/

  37. Wow the lighting for this shoot is absolutely gorgeous! And YOU look absolutely gorgeous!  While everyone is already posting fall-inspired outfits, I love that you are still clinging on to the season we are actually in still.  I always get frustrated this time of year when I start seeing fall items but it's still to hot to wear any!  And my summer inspiration seems depleted.  But seeing this post has reignited my love of summer!  I'm going to enjoy these last few weeks :)

  40. My first pleated skirt love is the one from Jason Wu's collection at Target - it has large pleats that never wrinkle. The smaller pleats on this skirt are more manageable, but the length can be tricky. Happy shopping, you will know when you have found the One
