At the beginning of my 30X30, my sweet friend Erin asked me if I was crazy for picking out 5 skirts to wear as my bottoms during the month of November. Maybe you thought I was coo coo for cocoa puffs too... well you didn't know about my arsenal of tights did you now!?
Even in colder weather, I can't stand to part with my skirts, so I love pulling out tights to make my skirts cold weather appropriate { see here, here, here, here to name a few instances }
Are you a skirt + tights girl too?
Your tights are so fun! I tend to wear pants more in the winter...even with tights, my legs are always so cold!

I'm always worried about patterned tights making my legs look wonky, but these are SO flattering and pretty on your. I'm loving all of your outfits!

Love the patterned tights...especially with the leopard top!

I'm not going to lie - I fret about lining up the pattern in my tights when I first put them on, but it seems that once they have been straightened out, they stay that way throughout the day!

I have similar tights and I love them! They make my legs look a bit thicker and defined, which I need!

I'm a skirt girl, which would make you THINK I'm a skirt and tights girl, but no. I'm a bare legs and suffer girl. I need to amp up my tights collection so I can not look like a foo running around in December. These are SUPER sassy, I love them.

yes yes yes!! girl you KNOW i love this look! those tights are so fun!
ReplyDeleteI VASTLY prefer dresses and skirts to pants, no matter the season. Actually, I kind of prefer them in the winter, even though I live in Minnesota where it's ridiculously cold from October/November-March/April. I LOVE wearing tights and leggings with my dresses and skirts. I find it to be so cozy :) Plus, I love being able to add a pop of color or pattern in with some fun tights. I don't own colored or patterned pants (nor do I particularly like them), so it's fun to wear color on the bottom with my dresses and skirts!!! :)
ReplyDeleteYour tights are so cute! I love the pattern mixing with your leopard blouse!!
Cute look! Loving that leopard blouse! I'm definitely a tights girl as well! I can't go without dresses all winter! lol

Haha, yes, tights can make the same skirt look completely different! Love these! x
ReplyDeleteI'm totes a skirt & tights girl in the winter. In fact, when it's rainy or snowy my go-to outfit is a skirt with sweater tights & knee-high boots!
ReplyDeleteI feel like I've been missing your whole 30x30! I've been having some blog issues plus I've just been so busy I haven't had a lot of time to spend browsing my favorite blogs! It seems all I have time for these days is Instagram. How rude! I've been seeing your previews in my dashboard though & you've been lookin pretty fab! Don't be surprised if some weekend you get a bunch of comments on your old posts from me :-)
those tights are so cute! love the combo or patterns.
