During warmer months, my cold-weather accessories hang out in their vacuum sealed bags (I am not playing around when it comes to moths) waiting for their turn in the spotlight.

This weekend I finally pulled out the remainder of my Winter gear - long forgotten hats + new Bobbi Brown lippy (True Pink), were the little things that brought joy to these past chilly days

I was trying to be a good graduate student, so I spent most of this weekend in lab, so I have very little to share today... but here are my weekend top 5...

1. Friendsgiving was a fabulously good time! Friends + feast + bunco + wine = my kind of Friday night plans
2. Vandy typically excels more in the classroom than on the football field, but this weekend the Commodores anchored down, and pulled out a win! Go Dores!
3. Saturday coffee runs with the boy and the pug - this picture of Doug (DtP) might be my favorite of all time (I pretty much say that with every new picture!)
4. I took photos of my outfits for the next week - packing for my Thanksgiving trip home just got that much easier!
5. Got my ornament from Dreaming of Dimples's ornament exchange in the mail (thanks Amanda!) - can't wait to come home from Thanksgiving and decorate!
Gap, Old Navy & Banana Republic are having site wide 30% off sales, and everything on Piperlime is 20% off (all with code "MERRYDAY")
These sales end tonight, so be sure to get your shop on, for yourself, and all those good girls & boys on your Christmas list!

P.S. don't forget to enter the giveaway for a $30 store credit to Gabrielle Rose's Etsy Shop
